    This might be obvious, but water is great for your glowing complexion. Water keeps your skin hydrated and healthy, not to mention that drinking enough water can help reduce wrinkles and the tightness of skin, as well . Drinking water throughout the day is the best way to get its benefits. Try buying a reusable water bottle and filling it with water, keeping it in the fridge so it stays cold, and bringing it with you when you run errands.

    There’s a reason that avocados are gaining in popularity. In fact, there are a whole host of reasons to use and eat them. One of these reasons is for the benefit of your skin. How? Avocados boost the skin’s appearance from the inside out, keeping our skin luminous and blemish free. Avocados are high in vitamin E, which is used in many skin moisturizers and serums. To reap the benefits of egg whites, mix together one egg white, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and half a teaspoon of honey. Mixed together, these ingredients will create a skin-friendly mask that will act as an antiseptic and an astringent. Everyone can benefit from this mask, but people with oily skin will notice the benefits the most, as the mask will help dry excess oil and shrink your pores.
  7. Skip the Hot Shower
    Skip the hot shower to help your complexion. This isn’t to say that you should stop showering by any means, rather that it’s a good idea to turn the heat down a bit.
