Chances are, you have a set of large plates and a set of small plates. You probably use the large plates for meals, and will typically fill them up when it’s time to eat. This first hack is a simple way to trick yourself in to eating less. Simply switch out your large plates in favor of your small or medium sized plates that hold less food. This way, when you use the smaller sized plates and fill them full of food, you’re tricking yourself into eating less. Eating less doesn’t mean that you won’t be full, and should stop you from overeating, as you might with using large dinner plates. You can try this hack with large and small cereal bowls, as well!

Healthy snacking is an essential part of your plan to lose weight fast. To accomplish this, try coming up with a 100 calorie snack pack.
